 As a native Floridian who grew up in the southeast region of the state, Julie made North Central Florida her home at the start of 2020.  Upon arriving in the area, she instantly fell in love. The slower pace and a more reasonable cost of living were obvious attractions; however, Marion County’s abundant outdoor adventure offerings spoke to her spirit. Spending most of her work and free time in Dunnellon, and being an avid paddler, it only made sense for Julie to open up her office in the area, and migrate over from SW Ocala to the Rainbow Springs Country Club Estates in 2023. As you will learn, Julie works very hard for her clients and her community, but on her days off, her favorite pastime is floating down this majestic river and taking photographs of all of nature's gifts along the way.

Sandy, of Portuguese/Indian descent, immigrated to the USA in 1994. Sandy and her high school sweetheart, Crofton were married for 43 proud years, and have three awesome children and six beautiful grandchildren. Sandy dedicated most of her career to corporate America as an Executive Assistant to upper management and executives. Sandy presently owns and operates the Purple Sage Cafe, located off of 484 in beautiful Dunnellon, Fl. Sandy is a true catalyst of hard work, challenge, and loyalty, who possesses a strong love for God, family, and humanity. Sandy joined the Rainbow River Team in 2023, and her long-time passion for real estate shows in every interaction, as she strives to do her very best always, for her clients and her family.
